Please read these terms before purchasing from Peanemall. They describe your agreement with the store operator identified below.

Store operator
Peanemall is an online women’s footwear store hosted on Shopify. Orders are placed with Peanemall; Shopify provides the e-commerce platform. Our store contact details appear below.

Using the store
You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian where permitted by law. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious software, interference with security or infringement of another person’s rights.

Choosing your footwear
Please review the product description, size guide, materials and care instructions before buying. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, but we remain responsible for supplying goods that match their description. Any warmth, waterproofing, grip or comfort claim applies only where stated for the particular product. No footwear can guarantee prevention of every slip or fall.

Placing an order
You can review your items and correct details before submitting payment. Payment methods and the total charge are shown at checkout. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we explicitly accept earlier or applicable law provides otherwise. Any amount collected for an order we cannot accept will be promptly refunded.

If stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your consent. If a lawful cancellation is necessary, we will explain it and refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Prices, promotions and additional costs
The currency used for your purchase is displayed at checkout. Shipping, applicable taxes and any separately payable import charges must be disclosed before purchase. Promotions apply according to their stated eligibility and expiry terms. Changes to future prices do not alter an already accepted order. Our standard shipping threshold is US$50.00 after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping; standard shipping below that threshold is US$5.99.

Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of the purchase terms presented before checkout. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–14 calendar days from confirmation, including processing and transit. We offer the 30-day voluntary return option described in our Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory cancellation, refund and product-quality rights take priority over any conflicting wording.

Personal information and communications
Information you provide is handled as described in the store’s separate Privacy Policy. We use order contact details for purchase-related messages. Marketing preferences and any required consent are managed separately; placing an order does not by itself consent to every form of marketing. Please do not send card passwords or full payment-card details by email.

Website content and external services
Store text, images and branding belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may view and save information for personal shopping and record-keeping. Commercial reuse requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law. Links to external services do not change our responsibilities for the goods and services we sell.

Responsibility and legal protections
We remain responsible for obligations that consumer law places on us, including supplying goods that meet applicable quality and description requirements. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms requires you to waive mandatory consumer remedies, legal proceedings or rights available in your home jurisdiction.

Problems, updates and applicable law
Please contact abyssabyssarmorspirit@outlook.com if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. You remain free to use any consumer authority, dispute process or court available to you by law.

The law applicable to the transaction determines your rights, including any mandatory protections in your country, state or province. These terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or mandatory arbitration. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful. Updated terms apply to future purchases; they do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order.
